EthicPath provides managed operational support and embedded global professionals to client organisations. We do not act as an employer-of-record, payroll provider, or staffing agency unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Maintain security of access credentials
- Comply with applicable employment and data protection laws within their jurisdiction
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials belong to EthicPath unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of their own data and systems.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, operational, and client information shared during service delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
EthicPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, except where required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms agreed separately.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed.
